A proposal, for Dana

Build the business. I'll run the rest.

We mapped the whole road in your planning tool. You said what you really want is something simpler — a partner who runs it, not another list of projects to manage. So here's that.

Where we landed

Between everything we've already built and the planning we just did, the picture is clear — and honestly, it's a lot of good, high-leverage work. The catch is that managing a long menu of separate projects is its own kind of job: quoting each one, deciding what's next, keeping track of who's doing what.

You don't want to run that. You want to build the business. So instead of handing you a priced list, I can be the person who owns the whole operations pillar and keeps that piece simple — so you can focus on your mission and the work you love.

The work we mapped together

Here's everything from your planning tool, grouped into objectives. No need for you to track these moving parts moving forward — that'll be my job now.

1Get Divisly ready to win

  • Conversion tracking, so every sign-up is measured
  • A seamless sign-up and complimentary-access path
  • An attorney-focused landing page, with value-prop messaging and positioning
  • Discoverability in search and AI results
  • The trust signals attorneys look for — privacy, credibility, and polish — made visible
  • Pre- and post-launch QA
  • Fast load times, especially on phones — where most attorneys will open it

2Finish the migration to the new site

Redirects to protect the traffic you've already earned, along with:

  • Full page titles and descriptions where they're needed — for easy navigation and search/AI visibility
  • Structured data, so search and AI engines understand each page
  • Your editorial content — posts and pages — migrated in, structured, and tagged
  • A safe switch-over to the new site, watched closely so nothing breaks
  • Internal links that connect related pages, for readers and search alike
  • Accessibility for all audiences

3Make everything measurable

  • Analytics and goals on both sites
  • Clean attribution, so we always know what's working
  • A live results dashboard you can open anytime
  • The Divisly sign-up funnel — mapping where people convert and where they drop off

4A content engine that runs consistently

  • The entire end-to-end publishing pipeline
  • Finishing your 50 state pages on a repeatable line — each one built to rank
  • Managing the editorial calendar and building on new topics
  • Publishing fresh articles live on the new site
  • Refreshing your strongest existing pages
  • Hub pages that help each topic rank together

5Show up in AI answers

  • Establish a measured baseline
  • Oversee first-round improvements
  • Identify and answer the attorney questions that matter for Divisly
  • Post answer-formatted content that AI can lift and cite
  • Provide ongoing monitoring as it compounds

6A simple social presence

  • A repeatable concept system and a defined cadence
  • The first month of posts produced
  • Someone keeping it going — without it eating your valuable time

7Turn interest into customers: sales and growth

  • Advertising setup
  • Getting your videos seen — placed and discoverable across the site, search, and social
  • A founder video that introduces Divisly and puts a face to it
  • A polished, on-demand app demo for when live demos aren't possible
  • Customized, outcome-based demo flows for different personas
  • A calendar of events worth attending or speaking at
  • An ad calendar for publications
  • A CRM for managing the contacts you collect
  • Your first sales playbook

8Keep it all running

Both sites healthy and launch-ready, and I provide a straightforward monthly read on what's working and what's next.

What I'm proposing: one relationship, one point of contact

Instead of quoting you project by project, I'd like to just run this with you — as a standing partner, month to month.

You bring the vision, the content, and the calls that are yours to make. I run the execution: deciding what to build next, doing the work (or bringing the right tools and hands to it), and keeping you posted. Where sales enablement is the job, I bring in Jill — she's genuinely one of the best at it — but you won't need to manage her, or anyone else. You'll simply work directly with me.

The only two things you ever have to think about are planning with me and hearing back from me. No per-project quotes, no chasing a team, no surprise invoices.

How it would start

1

First, the foundation

Finish the migration to the new site and get measurement rock-solid on both sites — so from here on, everything we do is visible and provable. In parallel, we wrap up the last pieces of Divisly's launch.

2

Then, the engines

The content engine humming, the AI-visibility work compounding, and we switch on the sales-and-growth side with Jill — the playbook, the CRM, the calendars.

3

And then, a steady state

Both sites are healthy and publishing on a consistent rhythm, with a monthly readout on results. Each month, we pick the next highest-leverage thing to build.

This is where I'd start; it'll flex as we learn what's working and as your priorities move — which is exactly the point of doing it this way.

Four ways to work together

Same partnership — pick the shape that fits where you are. Three set intensities, or a fourth that's entirely your own; we can move up, down, or pause anytime.

Hold Steady
Hold your ground and make incremental progress.
  • Both sites healthy + monitored
  • Measurement in place, with a monthly report you can read
  • A steady publishing cadence + AI-visibility monitoring
  • Me as your dedicated planning partner
Build + Run
Keep everything running while growing with intention.
  • Everything in Hold Steady, plus real forward motion
  • We actively build — shipping new content, improving Divisly's conversion, climbing in AI answers, finishing the migration
  • Sales enablement activated, with Jill
  • Compounding progress, without you managing the details
Full Push
Everything moving at once — for when you're ready to scale.
  • Everything in Build + Run, at full speed
  • The whole growth-and-sales engine on — advertising, CRM, event + ad calendars, founder + demo videos, the sales playbook
  • Content at volume
  • For when you're ready to move fast on every front
Other
Come in with your own thoughts — and we'll shape this fourth one together.
Your call
  • Take pieces of the three above, or go a different direction entirely
  • A cadence, focus, or budget shaped to your exact moment
  • Same all-inclusive, month-to-month spirit — just built around you

What every number includes

Whatever you pick, that monthly number covers everything. There's no hourly billing, no add-ons, no "that's extra." If a job needs a tool, some software, hosting, or an extra set of hands like Jill to do it well — that's on me, inside the number you're already paying.

My time Jill's time Tools & software Hosting Everything else it takes

Month to month. You're never locked in, and you can change gears whenever the business does.

The only next step

Have a read before we talk. See which of the four feels right for where you are right now — including the one where you come in with your own thoughts. There's no wrong answer, and we can always adjust as we go.

Either way, I'm genuinely in this with you.
— Aaron

This is a plain-language proposal, not a contract — we'll put whatever you choose into a simple written agreement before anything starts. Prepared for Dana Buckley, TheAfterEve, Inc. (dba Divisly).
